Earlier this week, an 8 year old in Tulare had her lemonade stand shut down by code enforcement officers. She was raising money for DisneyLand tickets, but didn't have a permit to hawk her fresh lemonade on the corner. In a show of solidarity, we sent Mammal Toe down to Tulare to set up a lemonade stand of his own in front of City Hall. Listen below to find out if he was treated better than an 8 year old girl.
